Who are Marbl Codes in Wellingborough?
Marbl Codes is a web design studio based at 24-25 High Street, Wellingborough. We design, build, host and look after websites for businesses, schools and charities in the town and across Northamptonshire. The company behind it, MEM Digital, has worked with local businesses since 2014, and our founder Richard Bland has been building websites since he was twelve.
We are a small studio on purpose. You deal with the people who design and build your site, not an account manager, and the same people look after it once it is live.
Which Wellingborough businesses do you work with?
Some of the clients whose websites we run are a few streets away.
Wellingborough School, founded in 1595, has a four-hundred-page website that we built from a blank page, with custom content types and hand-coded navigation. We look after it month to month.
MEM Recruitment has placed people across industrial, commercial, automotive and healthcare roles since 1994. Their website, job listings and candidate registration are ours to run, and have been since 2021.
Dan Fitzsimons Fitness is a personal trainer in the town. His new site brought five enquiries in its first month, the same number his old site took six months to bring in.

What does a local web design studio do differently?

The website was completed ahead of schedule and, within the first month alone, I've received five separate enquiries through it. To put that into perspective, previously it would have taken me around six months to receive that many enquiries.

A fully managed website on Marbl Sites starts at £200 a month plus VAT, with design, build, hosting and management included and nothing to pay upfront. Bespoke builds on WordPress or Astro start at £4,000 plus VAT. Online shops start at £8,000, or £16,000 fully bespoke with their own checkout, and web applications at £8,000. Every price is written down before work starts.
