The story
Where they started
A recruitment agency’s website has two customers who want opposite things. Employers want to see credibility and get in touch. Candidates want to find a job and register in as few steps as possible. MEM needed a site that served both without a full-time person to look after it.
What we built
A WordPress site with the jobs front and centre, a registration route for candidates that feeds their process, and the client-services side for employers. Since then the work has been the ongoing kind: campaigns, induction material, seasonal pages and the small changes that keep a busy agency’s site honest.
What’s next
The registration journey is the one we keep shortening. Every field removed is a candidate who finishes the form.
