Say what you do, clearly, everywhere

Branding and communications is the work of deciding what a business stands for and saying it the same way everywhere, from the website to a case study to a social post. At Marbl Codes it is led by Jet Bielecka, the brand strategist who works alongside us, so our clients get positioning, website content, social media, case studies and marketing collateral as part of the same project.

With Jet Bielecka

What does branding and communications cover?

Branding and communications covers the decisions and the words behind a business: its positioning, its website content, its case studies, its social media and the collateral a sales conversation leans on. At Marbl Codes this work is led by Jet Bielecka, a brand strategist and marketing consultant who works alongside us, helping our clients define their positioning and put their offering into words.

Why does positioning come first?

Because everything else repeats it. A website, a case study and a LinkedIn post all have to answer the same questions: what does this business do, who is it for, and why should I choose it? When those answers are unclear, every piece of marketing makes it up again, slightly differently, and customers notice.

Good positioning work produces a few sentences the whole team can use and a clear idea of what to say, and what to stop saying.

How does this work alongside a website?

Under one roof. Jet’s words go into the site as it is designed, rather than arriving in a document after the pages are built. The content is structured so customers understand it and so search engines and AI assistants can read and cite it, which is part of every build we do.

The same goes for pictures and film. Where a project needs photography or video, Jet brings that production together with Sophia and Michal, so the brand, the words and the imagery arrive as one piece of work.

Who is it for?

Businesses whose work is better than the way they describe it. That is often true of B2B companies with loyal clients, strong referrals and a website that undersells them. It is also true of any business about to invest in a new site that wants the words right before the design begins.

Jet’s work comes as part of a Marbl project or retainer, planned with the site rather than bolted on. It starts with a conversation with us.

How it works

Three steps, no surprises

  1. 01

    A conversation

You talk to the person doing the work, not an account manager. We agree what you need, what it costs and when it lands.

  2. 02

    The work

Done properly, by someone who does this for a living, with Richard and Serene [AI] alongside so it fits the website it is for.

  3. 03

    Into the site

Words, pictures, film or brand land on the site the same week, not in a folder waiting for a developer. That is the point of doing it under one roof.

Questions people ask us

Straight answers

Positioning is the decision about what your business is known for, who it serves and why someone should choose it over the alternatives. It comes before logos and colours, because it decides what the website, the social posts and the sales conversations all need to say.

If you cannot say in a sentence what you do and who it is for, yes, because the website will inherit that uncertainty. If your positioning is clear, we can go straight to the site and write the content as part of the build.

Yes. Jet writes website content that customers understand and that search engines and AI assistants can read and quote. It is written alongside the design, not poured in at the end.

Yes. Jet brings B2B experience to our clients, where a clear offer and good case studies do much of the selling before anyone picks up the phone.
