Why Raunds
Raunds is the last town before the A45 turns into the A14 country, eight miles from our office. It is small, a few thousand people, and it made its living from boots and shoes for a hundred years, army boots especially. What is left is a town with a big church, a compact centre, an industrial estate on the Wellingborough side and the kind of small firms, trades and family businesses that we build for most.
We go there because it is on the way and because it is under-served. A town this size rarely has an agency nearby, and the businesses in it tend to have either no website or one that a relative put together some years ago. That is the gap we work in.
How we work with businesses here
The first conversation is best done in person, and we will come to you. Raunds is a quarter of an hour from Wellingborough, so a site visit costs us very little and tells us a great deal about how a business actually runs. After that the work moves online: the design shared as a link, changes sent by email and turned around the same day, and the monthly looking-after done from our office without anyone needing to drive.

We do not yet have a client story from Raunds itself. Our nearest are in Wellingborough, and both that town and Northampton have their own pages here. Stanwick Lakes is the reason most people who are not from Raunds have been to Raunds, and it is a good one: a full afternoon of water, paths and playground a mile from the town centre. St Peter’s is worth ten minutes for the wall paintings alone, and the Nene Way takes you out of town along the river in either direction without meeting a car.
